The Tibetan Community in SA welcomes everyone who would like to support us in our peaceful demonstration of our protest against the brutality of the Communist Chinese regime in Tibet that is happening as you read this.

Tibet was a quiet, unasuming, peaceful, and loving nation, until the invasion of 1959 by Communist Chinese. Since then, over 2.5 million Tibetans have died in prisons in a systematic process of genocide.

Since the 10th March over 250 Tibetans have been killed in the streets, and thousands hauled off to prisons doomed to torture. Tibetans are being dragged from their homes and thrown into trucks and taken to unknown destinations.

If you would like to bring a candle (and if you have a Free Tibet or similar Tshirt to wear) and join us in this peaceful protest, you are most welcome. Perhaps you could pass this email on to your friends and ask if they would like to come along too.
